FARM-TO-TABLE DINNERS

A fully customized, chef-driven experience rooted in the rich flavors of Long Island’s North Fork. We work with over 30 local farms, fishermen, and small producers to create a seasonal menu that’s built around what’s fresh — and what feels right for your celebration.​ Start with a grazing station, two apps, two entrées, two sides, and a dessert — then make it yours. Menus shift with the harvest, and if something special hits the dock or the field that morning, we’ll build a dish around it. This isn’t just a menu. It’s a collaboration with the land.

WILDFIRE COOKOUTS

This is live fire — bold, slow, and unapologetically dramatic. Our Wildfire Cookouts center around open flames, hardwood smoke, and serious culinary heat. With a custom 250-gallon smoker and Santa Maria-style grill, we bring the primal beauty of fire cooking straight to your event. Premium meats are prepared on-site, carved to order, and served hot off the grill — no holding trays, no shortcuts. Just real fire, real food, and a centerpiece people will gather around (and never forget).

HAMPTON'S CLAMBAKE

This is how a clambake should feel — rustic, abundant, and built for sharing. Perfect for backyard hangs, beach blowouts, or coastal weddings with a little sand between your toes. It’s a hands-on feast where smoky lobster, grilled corn, and bright, buttery sides steal the show. ​No silver trays. No fluff. Just the good stuff, served hot and meant to be devoured.

SPANISH EXPERIENCE

Bring the spirit of Spain to the table. Our Spanish Tapas Experience is a generous spread of bold, flavor-packed small plates — served in waves, meant to be shared, and built to bring people together. Expect the classics (think jamón, manchego, and pan con tomate), plus fresh takes on regional favorites from across the country. ​Want to add live paella? A Jamón Ibérico station? A vermouth bar? Go for it. We offer plenty of add-ons so you can build a custom Spanish Experience that fits your vibe, your crowd, and your appetite for more.

For when only the finest will do. Our Caviar Bump Station is chef-served, ice-cold, and loaded with the good stuff—crème fraîche, buckwheat blinis, and premium caviar, bumped or plated. It’s luxe, a little cheeky, and totally unforgettable. Martini cart nearby? Just saying.
