Because good food starts with good relationships, and we know exactly where ours come from.
From tide charts to tomato rows, we build our menus around what’s fresh, seasonal, and nearby.

OUR FARMERS
At Wild Events, every dish starts with the land, the sea, and the people who know them best.
We owe everything to the farmers, fishermen, and artisans of the North Fork — the ones who grow, catch, and craft with purpose.
Their hands shape the ingredients that define our food. Their work is rooted in tradition, skill, and relentless care.
They don’t just supply us — they inspire us.
We’re proud to partner with them, plate their harvest, and help keep Long Island’s agricultural legacy alive — one meal at a time.
