Chef Ryan Carroll is a Sayville native and Culinary Institute of America graduate with a lifelong passion for people, food, and community. Having trained under world-renowned chefs in New York City and on Long Island, Ryan now brings his experience home to the North Fork — creating meaningful dining experiences sourced directly from the farms, waters, and artisans that surround him.
His approach is rooted in connection and care, building lasting relationships with over 70 local partners to ensure every menu tells the story of where it comes from. Ryan’s work reflects a simple philosophy: good food starts with good people, and every gathering deserves to be remembered.
