We specialize in Farm-to-Table Dinner Parties, Passed Canapé and Cocktail Events, Premium Bar Programs, wine pairing dinners, and large-scale celebrations including weddings, milestone birthdays, corporate gatherings, and private estate events.
We primarily serve the North Fork, the Hamptons, New York City, Upstate New York, and Connecticut. Destination events are available upon request. Chef Ryan will travel out of state or internationally when travel expenses are covered.
Wild Events is chef-driven and ingredient-first. We prioritize seasonal sourcing, local farms, artisanal purveyors, and elevated hospitality to create refined, personalized events.
Our Farm-to-Table Dinner Parties begin at $250 per guest with an 8 guest minimum. Final pricing depends on menu selections, staffing, rentals, and the overall scope of the event.
Yes. Chef labor is included. Additional service staff such as captains, servers, bartenders, and porters are quoted based on guest count and event complexity.
Yes. Our Premium Bar Program includes curated signature cocktail packages, professional bartenders, full setup, and breakdown. Wine pairings are also available for seated dinners.
Yes. We regularly design menus that are gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan, kosher-style, and allergy-conscious.
Every menu is customized. While we offer seasonal frameworks, final menus are tailored to the client’s preferences, guest profile, and the time of year.
For peak season (May–September), we recommend booking 2–4 months in advance. Large weddings and estate events may require 6–12 months.
Yes. We coordinate plateware, glassware, flatware, linens, printed menus, and full tablescape styling.
A signed proposal agreement and 50% deposit are required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due before the event.
Whenever possible, yes. Cooking onsite ensures peak quality and a better guest experience.

We produce intimate 8-guest dinners and large events with 150+ guests.
Yes. Many of our clients have young children and Chef Ryan enjoys including them in the experience. He often gives simple cooking tips or lets them help with small kitchen tasks.
Yes. Chef Ryan loves dogs and is very comfortable working in homes with pets.
We can work in almost any kitchen. For smaller dinner parties we typically use the client’s kitchen and bring additional equipment if needed. For larger events we may set up an outdoor cooking station, grill area, or chef tent depending on the menu and guest count.
Gratuity is not included in our base pricing unless specified in the proposal. Gratuity is always appreciated and typically ranges from 15 to 20 percent depending on the level of service.
We understand that plans can change. Once an event is booked and the deposit is received, the date is secured exclusively for your event. Menu adjustments can usually be made leading up to the event, but cancellations are handled on a case by case basis depending on timing and preparations already made.
Yes. For seated dinners we can curate thoughtful wine pairings to accompany each course. We also work with professional sommeliers who can guide guests through the wines and create a more immersive dining experience.
Absolutely. We regularly source premium ingredients including Japanese A5 Wagyu, Ossetra and Kaluga caviar, fresh truffles, Alaskan king crab, and other specialty products. These can be added to any event as menu enhancements.
Yes. Wild Events is deeply connected to the farms and producers of the North Fork and East End. Chef Ryan sources produce directly from local farms and works with regional fishermen, oyster farmers, and butchers to create menus that reflect the season and the region.
Yes. In addition to the food, we can help design the full dining environment including tablescapes, printed menus, rentals, wine service, lighting, and overall event flow so the experience feels cohesive and memorable.
Our events are designed to feel relaxed, elegant, and interactive. Guests often see chefs cooking, hear stories about the farms and ingredients, and enjoy a restaurant level meal in a private setting.
