Originally from Mexico City, Rodrigo brings serious firepower to the bar — and he’s been raising the cocktail bar ever since landing in New York. From top-tier NYC restaurants to behind-the-scenes drink development, he’s become known for his agave-forward creations, killer martinis, and an unshakable love for mezcal (seriously — just try to get him to stop talking about it).

He also builds the dream team for every event — curating captains, bartenders, servers, and sommeliers who show up with skill, style, and serious hospitality chops.

Director of Operations / Wine Director

With over 15 years in hospitality, Rene makes it all look easy — from executing private dinners in the Hamptons to producing large-scale events like the Rockefeller Center Tree Lighting. She’s worked alongside icons like Danny Meyer and Will Guidara, and was part of the team at Eleven Madison Park during its rise to #1 on the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list.

She runs the show behind the scenes with calm, command, and a killer palate.
Oh — and her charcuterie boards? They’re a whole experience.

Born in Sayville. Sharpened at the Culinary Institute of America.


Ryan started Wild Events to cook the way he believes food should be: hyper-seasonal, deeply local, and entirely unpretentious.

He splits his time between fire and soil — foraging the North Fork, running his mushroom farm in Mattituck, and building menus that tell a story. If mushrooms are on your plate, there’s a good chance he picked them that morning.
