A Sayville, Long Island native and Culinary Institute of America graduate, Chef Ryan honed his skills alongside culinary greats like Jean Georges, Jose Andres, and John Fraser. His passion for seasonal ingredients and local sourcing defines Wild Events, where he crafts unforgettable dining experiences.

Based on a vibrant mushroom farm in Mattituck, he collaborates with the region’s top farmers, fishermen, and purveyors to bring the best of Long Island’s bounty to every dish.
