Cancellations made within 14 days of the event date are subject to a cancellation fee.

Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled event at our discretion.

Last-minute changes may result in additional charges, subject to availability.
3. Payments & Pricing

Full payment is required before or upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All pricing is subject to change without notice. Quotes are valid for a limited time as stated in the proposal.

Gratuity is not included in pricing unless explicitly stated.
4. Food & Beverage Policies

Clients must notify us in advance of any dietary restrictions, allergies, or special requests.

Wild Events is not liable for adverse reactions to food consumed at events.
5. Liability & Damages

Wild Events is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage that occurs during an event.

Clients are responsible for any damages to equipment, rentals, or property caused by their guests.

We reserve the right to refuse service if staff safety or integrity is compromised
6. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy and will handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Information collected from you will only be used for service-related purposes and will not be shared without your consent.
7. Event Photography & Marketing

We may take photographs of events for promotional use unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing before the event.

Clients may tag Wild Events in social media posts, but any unauthorized use of our brand name or images for commercial purposes is prohibited.
