A Sayville native and Culinary Institute of America graduate, Chef Ryan Carroll founded Wild Events to bring farm-to-table dining to private events. Living on a Mattituck mushroom farm, he loves foraging for the finest local ingredients to craft unforgettable meals.

With 15+ years in hospitality, Rene has orchestrated luxury events across NYC, the Hamptons, and Aspen. Her experience spans Michelin-starred restaurants, high-profile weddings, and exclusive productions, always bringing precision and warmth to every event.

Rodrigo Alvarado

Originally from Mexico City, Rodrigo honed his craft at top NYC bars, specializing in agave spirits and custom cocktails. With expertise in premium mixology and event execution, he ensures seamless bar service and perfectly crafted drinks.
